Patients with impression of renal colic; 16-50 years old
Exclusion criteria:History of sensitivity to desmopressin and ketorolac; history of cardiac disease; hypertension; analgesic consumption within 4 hours of admission; pregnancy; breast feeding; hepatic or renal failure
