1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke (including ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke) by computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI);
2. Aged 18 to 75 years, the course of the disease does not exceed 12 months;
3. All vital signs after stroke are stable, meet the diagnostic criteria for shoulder-hand syndrome, and belong to stage I or II according to the staging criteria;
4. Those who have a clear consciousness and can perform and tolerate fine moxibustion treatment.
1. Patients with other serious diseases that may affect the results of treatment and threaten life, such as heart disease, liver disease, lung disease, kidney disease, diabetes, osteoporosis or bleeding tendency;
2. Patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant;
3. Patients with severe cognitive impairment who cannot cooperate with treatment.
