Inclusion Criteria
ASA I and II Patients, Posted for elective laproscopic surgery
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients less than 16years and more than 65 years of age
2.ASA III and IV
3.Patients with any lung disease
4.Patients with cardiac disease
5.Obesity BMI >30 Kg/m2
6.Pregnancy
7.Anaemia Hb <7 g/dl
8.Anticipated difficult airway
