入选标准
- •Patients with PTSD-CM: Adults with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) following child maltreatment, which had been inflicted upon them by a caregiver or authority figure before the age of 18.
- •Ongoing stable medication since 3 months is allowed.
- •Healthy controls: adults with experience of an equivalent trauma during childhood or youth, but without PTSD-diagnosis or any other mental disorder; as well as adults without trauma experience and without any psychological disorder.
排除标准
- •PTSD-CM patients:
- •psychotic disorders, suicidality, ongoing maltreatment, acute substance abuse disorder, borderline personality disorder, dissociative identity disorder, organic brain disease, serious physical illness, current psychotherapeutic treatment, current psychopharmacological medication < 3 months stable, standard MRI-exclusion criteria;
- •Healthy controls:
- •any psychological disorder, current psychotherapeutic or psychiatric treatment, serious physical illness, standard MRI exclusion criteria
