1 Cooperative & willing to participate
2 Both males and females
3 Age group: 35 to 55 years
4 Patients with moderate airway obstruction based on GOLD criteria of Obstructive airway disease severity to be included in the study
5 Can have a access to smart phone
1 Inability to communicate because of language barrier, hearing, or cognitive impairment
2Evidence of a neurologic or musculoskeletal condition that severely limited mobility and balance
3 Currently smoking or consuming alcohol
4 Having heart diseases or being hemodynamically unstable.
5 Patients who had completed pulmonary rehabilitation, yoga therapy & exercise training in last 6 months.
6 Patients with acute exacerbation.
