Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Aged at least 18
  • •2\. No history of neck or upper limb pain within last 3 months

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Red flags to manual therapy
  • •2\. Dizziness, drop attacks, nausea, dysphagia, dysarthria, diplopia, facial numbness, nystagmus
  • •3\. Inability to lie prone
