入选标准
- •Non-pedunculated colorectal polyp =20mm
排除标准
- •Age < 18 years, polyp <20mm, pedunculated polyp, previously treated polyp, residual/recurrent adenoma, macroscopically suspicious or histologically proven carcinoma, polyp consists of nodules too large (> 1-1,5cm) for the usage of the cold snare, patient not fit for consent, pregnancy, known coagulation disorder, therapy of anticoagulants can't be stopped as recommended for polypectomy, known chronic inflammatory bowel disease, invalid bowel preparation, ASA-Score IV-V
