1.Thai patients aged 18-60 years
2.Received a Cancer Diagnosis From the results of pathological confirmation or diagnostic imaging results
3.Patients whose stages can be identified from early stages to metastatic stages (divided according to TNM staging)
4.Patients must be receiving chemotherapy or chemotherapy in combination with other treatments such as targeted drugs, including radiotherapy. And must receive treatment within 3 months from the start of treatment until the date of study participation.
5.Patients must be in good physical condition as assessed using the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status (must be in the range of 0-2).
6.Able to read Thai and use a mobile phone, which means a phone that adds various capabilities to increase user convenience. It is like a mobile computer for the user. This is not limited to whether it is just a phone that can only make calls or just see the time or has someone to give advice on using the application. and/or a mobile phone that operates like a computer at all times
1.Patients with end-of-life chronic disease who have an end-of-life care plan
