Inclusion Criteria

irritative lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) like urgency, urgency incontinence, frequency and nocturia, patients with genital stigmata of tuberculosis, sterile pyuria, microscopic/gross hematuria otherwise unexplained, clinical suspicion of tuberculosis, imaging or invasive investigation findings suggestive of urinary TB, symptoms or imaging findings suggestive of urinary TB in newly diagnosed other systemic TB

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with history of recently completed anti tubercular treatment

Patients diagnosed with non tubercular mycobacterial infection

Patients with previous intra-vesical Bacillus Calmette Guerin (BCG) therapy will be excluded from the study
