Inclusion Criteria
•Female patients of age >18 years Biopsy proven breast cancer undergoing ALND, Willing to join study
Exclusion Criteria
-Age < 18yrs
-ASA grade IV or more.
-Patients undergoing Immediate Breast Reconstruction.
-Patients with prior radiotherapy.
-Patients already on anti-coagulants or fibrinolytics.
-Patients who have undergone previous ALND or any axillary surgery
-Previous history of thromboembolic disease (deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, varicose veins, cerebrovascular accidents).
