- •Se incluirán en el estudio sujetos hombres y mujeres de edades comprendidas entre los 18 años y 70 años, programados consecutivamente para artrodesis lumbar.

Exclusion Criteria
- •1- Enfermedad pulmonar obstructiva crónica severa / cardiopatía severa
- •2- Alergias a cualquiera de los fármacos utilizados en el estudio
- •3- Ulcus activo
- •4- Diabetes Mellitus
- •5- Tratamiento con otros antagonistas de los receptores NMDA
- •6- Tuberculosis reciente
- •7- Uso actual de analgésicos (últimas 48 h)
- •8- Enfermedad psiquiátrica
- •9- Tratamiento con antidepresivos del tipo amitriptilina
- •10- Tratamiento concomitante con fármacos inductores e inhibidores enzimáticos
