Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1. Adult women ( all women and girls at the age of 19 to 59 yrs)
- •2. Housewives
- •3. Women who have a score as per BDI â?? II in the range of 17- 31
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Girls below the age of 19
- •2. Working women
- •3. Women who have history of suicidal attempts
- •4. Women who have a score above 31 as per BDI â?? II questionnaire
- •5. Women with systemic disorder such as hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism, Diabetes Mellitus or Hypertension will be ruled out using lab investigations while screening the patient.
- •6. Women on anti- depressants, immunosuppressive or on long term medication or other chronic ailments
- •7. Females who are pregnant or nursing
