Inclusion Criteria
Patients who had burn injuries.
Burn lesions that need graft.
Exclusion Criteria
Diabetes.
Collagen vascular disease or hemorrhagic disorders.
Consuming anticoagulants or steroids drugs.
Being allergic to local anesthesia or Bacitracin.
Patient dissatisfaction.
