Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
The aim of this study is to describe this new surgical procedure and to present the first prospective clinical results after treatment of elbow instabilities with internal bracing. The functional result, subjective complaints, complications and instabilities are evaluated. The instability is determined by means of the humero-radial collapsibility by means of ultrasound.
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
After 3 and 12 months, clinical examinations are carried out with recording of patient satisfaction, pain situation, determination of the active and passive range of motion, acquisition of subjective and objective elbow scores (Mayo Elbow Performance Score, DASH Score, HSS Score, Broberg & Morrey Score) and Questions about complications and revision procedures. The instability is objectified on the basis of the unfoldability by means of ultrasound.
