- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method bleeding on probing (BOP): approximatly 30 seconds after assessment of probing pocket depths using a Florida probe (6 sites per tooth: mesio-buccal, centro-buccal, disto-buccal, disto-oral, centro-oral, mesio-oral) assessment whether the respective sites bleed or not.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Gingival Bleeding Index (GBI): a periodontal probe (PCPUNC15, HuFriedy) is run along the gingival margin (maxilla buccal, maxilla oral, mandible buccal, mandible oral) and scored at 6 sites per tooth (mesio-buccal, centro-buccal, disto-buccal, disto-oral, centro-oral, mesio-oral) whether the respective sites bleed or not.
