简要总结
Abnormal Body Mass Index (BMI) among youth is an increasing public health concern due to reduced physical activity, excessive screen time, and unhealthy dietary habits. This study aims to assess the association of physical activity, screen time, and food frequency with BMI among youth in Vadodara. Physical activity will be measured using the Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ), screen time using a screen time questionnaire, and dietary intake using a food frequency questionnaire. BMI will be calculated to assess nutritional status. The findings may help identify lifestyle factors influencing BMI and support preventive health interventions.
