Inclusion Criteria
1.Patient age :25-65 years
2.Asymptomatic apical periodontitis.
3.Teeth with necrotic pulp that will be confirmed by pulp sensitivity test.
4.Periapical lesion with a periapical index score of 3,4 or 5.
Exclusion Criteria
1.In patient where tooth is un restorable, inadequate length, poor periodontal status.
2.Patients who had received NSAIDS or antibiotic treatment in three months before the study.
3.Patient who had and systemic disease
4.Patient allergic to ketorolac and ciprofloxacin
