•Resident students at the Federal Institute of Rondônia, Ariquemes Campus; of either gender; regularly enrolled in the first year of integrated high school programs; under 18 years of age throughout the study period; submission of the Informed Consent Form signed by a legal guardian; submission of the Informed Assent Form signed by the participant

•Psychological disorders preventing comprehension of research procedures; lower-limb amputation or disability; pregnancy; high cardiovascular risk; musculoskeletal complications contraindicating physical exercise; issues identified in the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) that contraindicate participation; or any clinical condition or other relevant factor identified by the researchers that could compromise participant safety or interfere with the implementation of the intervention and assessments
