Inclusion Criteria
- •fluent in german
- •\- Body\-Mass\-Index \= 18,5 und \< 25
- •\- 3 \- 6 exercise sessions/week
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- chronic diseases
- •\- regular medication at inclusion or in previous 6 months
- •\- hormonal contraception
- •\- pregnancy or breast\-feeding
- •\- blood donation in 56 days prior to inclusion
- •\- medication (also once) in 2 weeks prior to inclusion
- •\- acute infection in 2 weeks prior to inclusion
