Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Individuals of both genders; aged 18 years or older and a maximum of 60 years; who agreed to participate in the survey and signed the informed consent form and who were not participating in other similar surveys; all participants had a confirmed or suspected diagnosis of COVID\-19 with symptoms that started in February 2020, according to the 2020 protocol of the Brazilian Ministry of Health, who were discharged from the hospital a maximum of three months ago
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients who are unable to carry out the proposed evaluations; have more three consecutive absences from training
