入选标准
- •The patients who need tracheal intubation for general anesthesia
- •Age at least 20years of age, less than 75years of age
- •American Society of Anesthesiologists’ classification from 1 to 2.
排除标准
- •patients whe do not agree with the experiment.
- •patients with pre-existing dental pathology
- •patients with risk factor of dental trauma
- •patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease
- •patients with a history of previous difficult intubation
- •patients with cervical spine instability
- •obese patients defined as body mass index = 30
- •patients with Mallampati classification III, or IV
- •patients with thyromental distance less than 7cm
- •patients with cervical movement less than 45°
- •patients with mouth opening less than 3cm
