After approving Institutional Review Board, all women older than fifty years of age with a distal radial fracture treated with volar locking plating were recruited. Among them, those who had a T-score of <-2.5 were finally included.
(1) Patients who refused to treated with denoxumab
(2) Patients who require bone graft or bone substitute due to open fractures or severe communited fractures
(3) Patients who underwent surgery after 2 weeks
(4) People with disabilities in bone metabolism
(5) Patientswho underwent operation with additional fixation method other than volar plating
