Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Subjects from 18 years to 35 years
- •with regular menstrual periods
- •Bleeding between 22\-35 days for 3\-8 days
- •Active sports participation for atleast 2 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •Neurological disease
- •Medically unstable
- •Unwilling participants
- •History of disease such as asthma, diabetes, renal, cardiac, thyroid, or on medication or being on special diet
