Inclusion Criteria

All preschool and long day care services in the Hunter Region of NSW will be invited to participate.

AGE ** - The unit of intervention is the preschool or long day care service. (The intervention will focus on policies and practices for children aged 3-5 years)

Exclusion Criteria

Exclusion criteria include childcare services that exclusively enrol children requiring specialist care, services that provide meals to children, and services that are part of government primary schools.
