Subjects fulfilling any one of the three following measures: -
• Fasting blood glucose levels between 100-126 mg/dl.
• Postprandial blood glucose is 140-200 mg/dl
• HbA1c between 5.7% to 6.4 %
No history of chronic illness or disease
Not under any type of medical treatment since last six months.
Subjects willing to participate and able to give written informed consent
1. Subjects suffering from congenital anomalies and Hereditary disease
2. Pregnant and lactating mother
3. Illness necessitating long term drug treatment (Psycho neuro-endocrinal disorder, TB, AIDS)
4. Subjects with any unstable heart disease or known case of MI, Unstable angina.
5. Subjects who are addicted to alcohol or drugs.
6. Subjects who have completed participation in any other clinical trial during the past six months.
