Inclusion Criteria
Inclusion criteria : 18 years olds and abovetill 60 years old with nose deviation? Acceptance to include in study? Registration in ''Emam Reza hospital'' & ''Zakeria hospital.
Exclusion criteria: Systemic disease such as ''TB ''& ''granolomatose disorder''? Positive history of septoplasty surjery.
