简要总结

To find the effect of sprint strength and agility program SSAP in speed using 30m sprint test in male hockey players To find the effect of sprint strength and agility program SSAP in agility using agility T test in male hockey players To find the effect of sprint strength and agility program SSAP in lower limb muscle power using vertical jump height in male hockey players To investigate the effect of 6 week sprint strength and agility programme SSAP on selective physical parameters in male field hockey players Written informed consent will be obtained from the participants Players will be randomly allocated into hockey specific training program and regular training program Pretest values for speed agility and strength will be measured using 10 m dash run test Selected participants will be trained for hockey specific training program for 6 weeks period of 3 days per week Post test value of strength speed and agility will be taken at the end of 6th week Results will be recorded and mentioned Materials cones stopwatch a measuring tape consent form
