- Brief Summary
this trial will provide a better peri operative management guideline for early recovery and discharge of operative patients and decrease post operative complication. patients will be randomized into two groups, one following the conventional protocol and other following the ERAS protocol. ERAS protocol has been found effective in early discharge and less complication in operative patients but more studies are required to prove the same.

Age 20-60 YRS Benign gynaecological disorders.
Exclusion Criteria
Diabetic bmi>35.
