- •1.Aged between 35 years to 50 years
- •2.primary arterial hypertension
- •3.Under antihypertensive medication from their primary care physician or specialist at the time of the investigation.
- •4.Those who were willing to participate in the study
排除标准
- •1 severe psychatric co morbidites
- •2 Coronary artery disease, myocardial infarction, pulmonary embolism, or stroke in the previous 3 months
- •3.Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- •4.Any pathology involving legs
