Inclusion Criteria
1.Late adolescent Girls who have attained Menarche and above 19 -21 yrs.
2.Willing to participate in the study.
3.Diagnosis of PMS according to the ACOG criteria
4. Late adolescent Girls who have PMS score of above 10
Exclusion Criteria
1. Girls who have irregular periods
2. Girls suffering from Thyroid disorders, Psychiatric illness, Substance abuse
3. Anybody with physical deformity who cannot do the relaxation therapy

Name Time Method Primary outcome is to know the prevalence of premenstrual syndrome among late adolescence girls. <br/ ><br>I also will be able to categorize them as mild, Moderate and severe. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: One to two weeks
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Secondary outcome is after finding the prevalence I will select only the moderate and severe and give the selected relaxation therapy in groups and know its effectiveness and the compare it.Timepoint: six months for each group.
