Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with primary or recurrent pilonidal sinus irrespective of sex.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Uncontrolled diabetic patients.
- •If patient is unfit for surgery.
- •If the patient is HbsAg positive, HIV patients with other venereal disease.
