Extent of anxiety-related stress in the state (assessed using the STAI and the anxiety subscale of the DASS-21 formulated in the state) and the Manipulation Check.

The anxiety-related stress in the state (formulated according to the STAI and anxiety subscale of the DASS-21 in the state) is performed directly following the induction of affective mentalization (arm 1: experimental condition) or following the body scan performed (arm 2: active control condition) or following the irrelevant flanker task (arm 3: no-treatment control condition). In addition, in the experimental condition (Arm 1), after completing the STAI as well as the DASS-21 (anxious symptoms in the state) and the EBQ (affective mentalizing ability), the Manipulation Check will be completed to verify whether the manipulation (induction of affective mentalizing ability) was effective.
