1. Children aged 2-8 who have received bone marrow transplants at Ramathibodi Hospital.
2. Parents who can read, listen, and write in the Thai language.
3. Parents and child patients who consent to participate in the research project.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Parents and child patients who did not complete the questionnaire.
2. Parents and child patients who refuse to participate in the research project.
