- •- maladie de Parkinson idiopathique répondant aux critères de l’UKPDSBB (Hughes et al., 1992),
- •- présence de fluctuations motrices malgré l’optimisation du traitement oral : les fluctuations motrices sont définies dans la littérature par l’existence de 3 heures ou plus de période off dans la journée.
- •- présence d’une ou plusieurs contre-indications à la stimulation cérébrale profonde
- •?âge > 70 ans,
- •? troubles axiaux dopa résistants : ils seront recherchés en condition de best on (après dose supraliminaire de lévodopa) en se référant à l’échelle d’ UPDRS 3 (item 29 > 0 et/ou item 30 > 0),
- •? troubles cognitifs (Mattis < 130) et/ou hallucinations (UPDRS 1 : score de l’item 2 > 1).
