Potential volunteers must meet all of the following inclusion criteria:
-healthy
-male
-young: between 18 to 35 years
-BMI between 19 and 25 kg/m2
-MR compatibility is verified using a questionnnaire
A potential subject who meets any of the following criteria will be excluded from participation in this study:
-Epilepsy or medication against epilepsy
-Subject is not MR compatible (e.g. because of pacemaker, claustrophobia, metal implants in the lower leg that may interfere with MRS, metal splinters in the eye)
