•1.Patients of both sexes will be included.
•2.Patients of age group between 10 to 50years will be included anywhere In Upper & Lower limb.
•3.Patients with classical signs and symptoms of sprain (Rujakar marma kshat) like Ruja (Pain), Shoth (Swelling), Snayustabdhta (Tenderness), Alpakaryakshamtva (Difficulty of function) or among of them minimum two of these sign and symptoms if present will be included.

•1.Patients of age < 10 years and >50 years will be included.
•2.Patients with Pathological Fracture, Uncontrolled DM , HTN, Tuberculosis, HIV, HBsAg Ischemic Heart Disease will be excluded.
•3.Patients with the localized defects like Metastatic tumor will be excluded.
•4.Patients with acquired anomalies like Osteomyelitis, Rheumatoid Arthritis and coagulopathy like Hemophilia will be excluded.
•5.Fractures with complications like injury to the blood vessels or nerves will be excluded.
