1. patients with subacute stroke age group between 45-60 years.
2. Patients who could sit and stand for 30 s or more and walk for at least 10 m without assistance from a therapist or caregiver were eligible.
3. Patients who had experienced a stroke in the past 3 to 6 months and scored 24 or more on the Mini-mental status examination.
1. patients who had other neurological or musculoskeletal conditions that caused severe balance problems (such as cerebellar or basal ganglia disorders),
2. patients who had joint diseases, used braces or other instruments that limited their walking ability.
3. patients whose body mass index greater than 31 kg/m2 .
4. patients who has severe visuospatial impairment such as hemineglect or Pusher syndrome.
5. Patients who had scored lessthan 24 in mini-mental status examination .
6. Patients with sensory impairment
