Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •!) patients who had surgery for the elderly hip fracture with sarcopenia.(65 \~ 90 years)
- •\- Hip fractures include femoral neck, intertrochanteric fractures, and subtrochanteric fractures.
- •\-In case of sarcopenia in whole body composition test by Dual Energy X\-ray Absorptiometry (DEXA)
- •2\) Methods of hip arthroplasty include bipolar artificial joint replacement, total hip arthroplasty, open reduction, and internal fixation
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Hip arthroplasty due to infection, arthritis, loosening, and avascular necrosis
- •2\) Acetabular fracture, fracture around the implant, and pathological fracture due to tumor
- •3\) Cognitive function : obey command step 1 or less
