- •!) patients who had surgery for the elderly hip fracture with sarcopenia.(65 ~ 90 years)
- •- Hip fractures include femoral neck, intertrochanteric fractures, and subtrochanteric fractures.
- •-In case of sarcopenia in whole body composition test by Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DEXA)
- •2) Methods of hip arthroplasty include bipolar artificial joint replacement, total hip arthroplasty, open reduction, and internal fixation
排除标准
- •1) Hip arthroplasty due to infection, arthritis, loosening, and avascular necrosis
- •2) Acetabular fracture, fracture around the implant, and pathological fracture due to tumor
- •3) Cognitive function : obey command step 1 or less
