入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Patients of age between 20-65 years of either sex.
- •2.ASA physical status 1 and 2.
- •3.Haemodynamically stable patients.
- •4.Scheduled for lower limb orthopedic surgeries under subarachnoid block in supine position
排除标准
- •1. ASA physical status grade > 2.
- •2. Patients having any history of cardiovascular, renal, hepatic, respiratory, endocrine and
- •neuromuscular disorders.
- •3. Patients having epilepsy, neurological or psychiatric disorders.
- •4. Patients having bleeding or coagulation disorders.
- •5. Patients having local spinal deformity or local infection.
- •6. Patients with known allergic to local anesthetics.
- •7. Patient not consenting for regional anesthesia.
- •8. Patients in which surgery lasts more then two hours
- •9. Surgeries in prone position
- •10. Surgeries lasting more then2 hours
