- 主要目的： （1）了解经股动脉数字减影血管造影术后患者舒适度的现状及影响因素； （2）构建符合临床指南，疾病症状管理和病人需求及易于推广的体位管理方案； （3）将制定的体位管理方案进行临床验证，以期提高患者的舒适度及满意度。
- 次要目的： 为经股动脉数字减影血管造影患者提供更精准的体位管理方案，促进神经内科护理学科发展。

入选标准
- •经医疗诊断及评估，需行数字减影血管造影术的患者，并且家属或者患者签署知情同意书；
- •意识清楚且认知功能正常；
- •愿意参与本研究并主动配合者。
排除标准
- •血友病等凝血异常的疾病；
- •以往有腰椎疾病等腰部疼痛疾病；
- •长期使用止痛药物的病人。
