- •1\.Patients having any kind of chronic progressive illness and shifted in intensive care (ICU) for further management.
- •2\.Who himself (or with the help of attendant) ready to participate and agree to provide details.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients shifted in intensive care (ICU) for any acute region.
- •2\.Patients do not have any history of chronic progressive illness.
- •3\.Patients not willing to participate / not agree to provide details.
