Male infertility is the major problem in the 21st Century in males .Because of modern life style and food habits that influencing the fertility of the men .As per Ayurveda it was explained in sukra dhatu dusti which impairing the decrease of sukra dhatu .Because of decrease in sukra dhatu not only decreasing the sperm count it also decrease the motility sperm volume and morphological abnormalities.it also decrease the desire for intercourse and decrease in duration of intercourse and pain in the testicles. Hence the thesis was taken to asses the efficacy of Classical Virechana by Trivritadi Lehyam followed by Purna Chandra Ras orally in the management of ksheena sukra w s r to oligospermia

- •Patients with clinical symptoms of Medra Vrishana vedana Alpa Sukratha mMithuna anashakti Chiradu praseka controlled diabetes hypertension and hypothyroidism sperm count below 15million per ml semen who willing to participate in study and agreed for consent sign.
排除标准
- •Chronic diseases like cardio vascular disease chronic kidney disease patients with varicocele hydrocele congenital disorders patients with controlled diabetes hypertension hypothyroidism.
