- •Essential hypertension
- •Men and Women
- •30 to 60 years
- •No target organ damage or secondary causes of hypertension according to the diagnostic rotine of the Hypertension League of Clinical Hospital, Faculty of Medicine, University of Sao Paulo.
排除标准
- •Individuals with obesity (body mass index greater than or equal to 35 kg/m2),
- •Individuals with diabetes (fasting glycemia greater than or equal to 126 mg / dl),
- •Individuals with heart disease (previous diagnosis or alteration at rest or exercise ECG),
- •Average blood pressure greater than or equal 160/105mmHg.
- •Subjects who do not tolerate the study medication.
