Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Those diagnosed with shoulder impingement syndrome by a doctor between the ages of 20 and 40
  • \- Those who have tested positive for 2 or more of the 3 special tests for shoulder impingement syndrome (Neer, Hawkins, Apprehension)
  • \- A person who understands and agrees to the purpose of the study

Exclusion Criteria

  • \- A person whose range of motion in flexion / abduction is less than 170 degrees
  • \- Those who have had previous shoulder surgery or severe trauma
  • \- Acute inflammatory conditions of the shoulder (less than 1 week)
  • \- Those with neurologic signs
  • \- Those who are unable to comply with treatment and follow\-up schedules
