Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Diagnosed with T2DM for more than 1 yr.
- •2\. Age: 40 yrs. \& above
- •3\. Ability to understand spoken English
- •4\. Both genders
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Pregnancy
- •2\. Uncontrolled hypertension
- •3\. Any medical \& neurological condition restricting active participation in physical activity
- •4\. Any recent h/o musculoskeletal injury \& surgery in the past 3 months.
