- •History of previous cesarean section
- •Gestational age 15\-28 weeks
- •Intact membrane
- •No vaginal bleeding
- •Willingness to enter the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Allergy to prostaglandins
- •Cervical Stenosis
- •A history of more than three cesarean sections
