•1.Patient having specific sign and symptoms of Kacha (Immature Senile Cataract).
•2.Patient between 45-75 years of age.
•3.Patient having best corrected visual acuity not less than Log MAR 1.0
•4.Patient willing to participate in the study.

•1.Mature and Hyper Mature Cataract and Nuclear Cataract more than grade III lens opacity as per LOCS III Criteria.
•2.Congenital, Developmental, Traumatic, complicated cataract.
•3.Any other ocular pathology that can cause diminution of vision like Diabetic Retinopathy, Macular Degeneration, Macular Degeneration, Retinitis Pigmentosa, Pathological Myopia, Uveitis.
•4.Patient underwent any surgical intervention to eye.
•5. Patient undergoing treatment for any other serious systemic illness.
•6. Patient having uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension.
•7. Patient who are already registered under some other serious ongoing medical research.
