1. All the patients fulfilling case definition of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
2. All the patients presenting with symptoms of DM.
3. Patients of both sexes & all ages.
4. Patients suffering from Type 2 DM, willing to participate and taking treatment regularly and co-operating for regular follow-up had been included
1. The patients not fulfilling the case definition of Type 2 DM.
2. Patients who require emergency medical intervention.
3. Patient without written consent.
4. Patient with severe complication of Diabetes mellitus.
5. Patients having complication which require surgical management.
6. Immune-compromised patients.
7. Patients who not take medicine & follow up properly and not follow advice, diet and regimen

Name Time Method 1. To determine the feasibility in evaluating the effect of homoeopathy on impaired glucose regulation. <br/ ><br>2. To evaluate the mean change in blood sugar level after administration of homoeopathic medicines Gymnema Sylvestre Q along with life style modification (LSM) compared to Syzygium Jambolanum Q with LSM according to routine method <br/ ><br>3. To evaluate the effects of homoeopathic medicines along with therapeutic lifestyle changes (TLC) on serum Blood glucose levels.Timepoint: 6 months
