1. Male and female patients.
2. Patients diagnosed with stroke, treated and survived stroke (stroke survivors), shown in medical case notes.
3 Patients who were able to communicate in English and pidgin English.
4. Patients with previous history of low back pain and can still feel the pain after stroke survival.
5. Patients who are 30 to 65 years old.
1. Individuals with no diagnosis of stroke in medical case note.
2. Stroke survivors with no history of low back pain.
3. Patients with major mental health condition (i.e. schizophrenia).
4. Patients with history of low back pain but no longer suffer from the low back pain.
5. Patients with no previous history of low back pain symptoms prior to the stroke.
