Age above 18 years
Patients with breast and colorectal cancer and treated with radiotherapy
Ability to read and write
No vision and hearing impairment
No amputations or wounds in the place of pressure points
Having degrees of fatigue based on short fatigue questionnaire
The patient has stage 1-3 cancer
The ability to communicate and speak Persian
Having nervous and mental diseases
The samples have already been subjected to acupressure intervention or guided visualization
Increasing stage of cancer
Dissatisfaction with participating in the research
Inability to continue participating in the study for any reason (need for special care, death)
